Today was the second leg of the Sunday League. Quite a difference in the weather from last time. The sun shone and it was glorious.
Today, the All Stars played the Old Dribblers and the Rascals played the Marvels. There is still all to play for going into the last match day on 4th September with only 2 points separating the top 3 teams. However, the All Stars aren’t out of it yet if they can muster success in September.
Today’s results were as follows:
Marvels 5, Rascals 6 and
All Stars 5, Old Dribblers 6.

Colin Meikle, the organiser had this to say:
“I hope members feel there is some value in running this as I would love to make it a permanent feature and expand to 6 teams next season so we could play it over 5 months.”
